Introduction to Cyber Security

This module is one of many in the Cybersecurity course provided by Google/Coursera. This module taught me the basic fundamentals of cybersecurity and the information needed to continue. This is only one step of many that I will need to take to get my certification and continue to build a career within the world of IT.

Throughout this module, I learned about internal threats, cloud security, network security, transferable skills, technical skills, threats, threat actors, and so much more.. Even learning about PII and SPII which gave me more information of how cybersecurity professionals differentiate personally identifiable information. I can’t wait to continue my journey into cybersecurity and hopefully start my career in IT very soon!
